On November 19, 1999, Preferred Real Estate Group, Inc. opened its doors for the current and future residents of the Central Valley. We were a start-up company that was home to 10 established real estate agents who had proven their ability with other real estate firms.
These established real estate agents came to Preferred Real Estate Group in search of a company that could provide them with the means, advice and support that is necessary to ensure top-notch service to their clients. It didn't take them long to realize that they had made the right decision.
In less than one year, Preferred Real Estate Group had become the #1 real estate firm in Tracy, California. To be more specific, Preferred Real Estate Group had grown to 15 real estate agents who were responsible for 21% of the Tracy market share.
Due to the success of our "Preferred" real estate agents, we opened our 16,000 sq. ft. office building in April of 2001. This complex quickly became the most recognizable building in the city. Since then, Preferred Real Estate Group has become the home for 33 established Realtors, 6 staff members and 20% of the Tracy market share.
Even though our productivity continues to skyrocket, we have worked hard to stay as committed to clients as we were when we opened our doors in November 1999.
We are always developing innovative marketing strategies to better distinguish our clients' homes from the rest of the market, while our agents are evaluating the market so they can help our clients make informed decisions about selling or purchasing a home. It's the "Preferred" system that has always been beneficial for our clients, ensuring high quality transactions every time.
Nineteen of our real estate agents received Master's Club Honors for 2005, which is one of the highest awards granted annually by the Central Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR). The knowledge, experience and precision of our "Preferred" realtors ensures them Master's Club Honors for many years to come.
